We normally make funds available in a single payment upon receipt of confirmation that the Project procurement has been completed. Copy invoices must be evidenced together with the request for payment that will be included with grant letter. Please note the Spifox grant is inclusive of VAT and will be made by BACS transfer, usually within 14 days of receiving the claim for payment
